7012 - AQUA-ROSA Total Hardness Test Kit, Titrimetric (1AS)

It is used to determine the level of total hardness in water samples. Hardness refers to the concentration of calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions in water and is often referred to as "total hardness". In the titrimetric method, a titrant is added to the sample and continues until a color change is observed. This change is used to determine the amount of hardness the amount of hardness ions in the sample. It is suitable for total hardness analysis of pool water, drinking water, aquarium water, industrial water systems and other water sources.
