Purpose
Ingredients Potassium hydroxide 1 mol/L.
Working Principle
Warnings, Precautions, Recommendations Danger. May corrode metals. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN [or hair]: Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. IF INHALED: Remove the affected person to fresh air and keep them in a comfortable position to breathe easily. Immediately call the NATIONAL POISON CONTROL CENTER at 114 or a doctor/physician. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. Clean up spilled liquid to prevent material damage.
