Purpose Used as pH indicator in aqueous and non-aqueous titrations.
Ingredients Bromothymol blue, ethyl alcohol.
Working Principle
Warnings, Precautions, Recommendations Danger. Highly flammable liquid and vapor. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep away from heat/sparks/flames/hot surfaces. - No smoking. Keep container tightly closed. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
