Purpose
Ingredients Sodium hydroxide 10 mol/l.
Working Principle
Warnings, Precautions, Recommendations Danger. Causes serious skin burns and eye damage. Do not inhale dust/fumes/gas/mist/vapor/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF INHALED: Remove the affected person to fresh air and keep them in a comfortable position to facilitate breathing. IF IN CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call the NATIONAL POISON ADVISORY CENTER at 114 or a doctor/physician.
